HM Builders (Pvt) Ltd is an experienced construction company in Puttalam city. We have extended our services all around the island. We make your place strong & long standing with qualified & experienced technicians along with high quality building materials. Our prime values are; high quality service, affordability & trustworthiness. We have hundreds of workers who have long years of experience in building either your house or commercial buildings or factories. We have completed many government & private building construction projects all around the country.

The Founder & Chief managing director of our company is Mr. H.M.M Aathif who is a qualified automobile technician, laid the foundation for our company in 2007 by starting a small scale business of cement block manufacturing with a single machine. He got business registration for his business initiation under the name of HM Building Material Supplies in 2010. Later he started supplying building materials and then undertook small scale contracts specially to build houses for his friends who worked abroad. Ultimately in 2016 he established HM Builders & Material Supplies (Pvt) Ltd as a registered construction company under Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) Sri Lanka. Our company is the one of main subsidiary of HM Group. Confidence & continuous effort are the secrets behind the growth of our company from a cement block manufacturing to a registered construction company.

Though several new companies appear day by day and disappear within a short period, we as a company stand strong throughout the period of challenges in Puttalam city. We provide hundreds of employments. We also support & empower other small scale businesses & subcontractors. We recruit trainees in the building construction field and provide them good industrial training by actively involving them in our projects. When it comes to payments, we are flexible and always concerned to complete your construction need as soon as possible. We believe that community development starts with individual development.

2007ஆம் ஆண்டில் எமது நிறுவனத்தின் ஸ்தாபகரும் பிரதான முகாமைத்துவ பணிப்பாளருமான H.M.M Aathif அவர்களின் ஒரு சிறிய தொழில் முயற்சியாக ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்ட சீமெந்து கல் உற்பத்தியில் துவக்கம்பெற்று 2010 இல் ஒரு வியாபார நிறுவனமாக HM Building Material Supplies என்ற பெயரில் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டது. பின் கட்டிட நிர்மாண பொருட்கள் விநியோகம் செய்தல் மற்றும் சிறிய அளவிலான கட்டிட நிர்மாண பணிகள் குறிப்பாக வெளிநாட்டில் உழைக்கும் நபர்களுக்கு இலங்கையில் வீடுகட்டுவதற்கான அணைத்துவகையான ஏற்பாடுகளையும் செய்துகொடுத்தல் என பல மட்டங்களைதாண்டி பின்னர் 2016ஆம் ஆண்டு இலங்கை சட்டத்தின் கீழ் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட்டு HM Builders & Material Supplies (Pvt) Ltd என்ற பெயரில் ஒரு கட்டிட நிர்மான நிறுவனமாக இன்று வரை இயங்குகின்றது. HM Group கூட்டு நிறுவனத்தின் முன்னணி துணை நிறுவனமாக எமது HM Builders நிறுவனம் திகழ்கின்றது. ஒரு சிறிய தொழில் முயற்சி இன்று ஒரு நிறுவனமாக உயர்ந்து நிற்பதற்கு நம்பிக்கை மற்றும் அயராத உழைப்பே காரணமாகும்.

காலத்துக்கு காலம் பல நிறுவனங்கள் உருவாகி மறைந்துபொகும் இக்காலகட்டத்தில் ஒரு அடிமட்ட சிறுதொழிலாக இருந்து இன்று ஒரு உறுதியான நிறுவனமாக புத்தளம் நகரில் திகழும் எமது நிறுவனம் பல நூறுபேருக்கான வேலைவாய்ப்புகளை வழங்குவது மட்டுமல்லாது ஏனைய தொழில் முயட்சியாளர்களுக்கு வளர்ச்சியடைய சந்தர்ப்பங்களை ஏற்படுத்தி கொடுக்கும் ஒரு வழிகாட்டியாகவும் திகழ்கின்றது. மேலும் கட்டிட நிர்மாண துறையில் கல்விகற்கும் மாணவர்களுக்கான பயிற்சியையும் எமது நிறுவனம் வழங்கிவருவது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
